Debt enforcement and bankruptcy law

We advise and represent private persons as well as companies in domestic and international foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings, in particular:

• Credit assessments (extracts from the debt collection register and from databases of debtors)
• Consultation and representation during seizures of property, debt recovery actions and bankruptcy (submitting requests to initiate debt collection proceedings, bringing or dismissing of legal proposals, submission of applications for continuation and forced sale)
• Representation in enforcement proceedings and endorsement and dispossession mechanisms
• Particular representation in appeal proceedings against the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings, in rescission proceedings (Paulian actions), in procedures to prioritise creditors and in the transfer of claims
• Representation in cases of seizure and seizure prosecution
• Advising debtors and implementing restructuring plans
• Trustee mandates in inheritance proceedings
• Bankruptcy trustee mandates
