Do you know that you can make an entry in the debt collection register invisible?

As of January 1, 2019, you can submit a request for non-disclosure to third parties (pursuant to Art. 8a (3) (d) SchKG) to the responsible debt collection office and thus prevent third parties (e.g. landlords / business partners, etc.) from finding out about debt collections based on unjustified claims. To do this, you must first wait for a waiting period of three months from the date of service of the payment order. If the debtor creditor does not take any further steps to eliminate your legal claim, you can file a petition after the expiration of the waiting period. After that, the creditor is given another opportunity to make serious efforts to eliminate your legal proposal by a 20-day deadline. For example, by requesting the definitive judicial opening or filing a civil suit to have the legitimacy of his claim confirmed. Experience has shown that especially cross-regulatory operators and debt collection companies hardly ever provide such proof with regard to their unjustified claims for so-called damages caused by delay.
